Welcome to Electrofrog!

Since its establishment in November 2010 as a web radio, Electrofrog has been a devoted promoter of electronic music. Over the years, Electrofrog streamed the fresh sounds of electronic music from artists around the world, especially young talents who aimed to infuse their local culture into their music. We miss those local flavors nowadays.
Throughout these years, Electrofrog has also made its presence felt on local underground dance floors with .md electronica parties. These events, featuring music ranging from IDM to breakcore, introduced new elements of improvised technology with each edition.
Until its last streamed bit, Electrofrog was the only web radio station in Romania, and even in Eastern Europe, based on Liquidsoap (according to Liquidsoap Flows! data). Yes, it was the last bit, but only for streamed audio. Radio has once again been overshadowed, this time by video. Electrofrog has evolved into an aggregator of electronic music videos. Using a well-crafted algorithm, it searches and identifies music videos published by the most important YouTube channels and web magazines in the music world. These videos are presented to you in a simple playlist on this web page. The interface has intentionally been kept simple, with controls allowing you to play/pause or, at most, skip the current video (although it's recommended to avoid skipping). Just press play and spend some precious time watching good music videos. Take your time; there's no need to hurry.
